Final Selection
You may be on a small budget, after all this is a business entertainment function, however, ensure that you compare any quotations you have obtained from the agencies you have approached. It may be that the equipment used by the cheaper agency is lower quality but will this be noticeable at a large quality venue? At the other end of the scale, better quality equipment for lighting and sound really will impress but will it be appropriate at a smaller venue?
